21世纪物理学新理论体系(上) 【中英文版】

摘  要：2000年，作者在中国物理学会第九届静电学术会议上发表了关于同一物质摩擦产生同性电荷的新发现。对于这一重要的实验新发现，作者提出了对“正负电荷”的新认识，找到了一种解释所有静电效应的新理论。基于对“物质”、“实体”和“热能”的颠覆性新认识，引发了对“粒子电荷动态原子模型”的新认识。阐明了“实体”与“热能”的关系是物质间引力和斥力存在的根源，提出了引力与斥力的平衡距离定律。本文揭示了地球引力的成因以及宇宙中许多引力和斥力等现象。在引力场、磁场、电场等领域，一系列重要的科学问题被揭示出来！新理论体系的建立为解决“一切物理问题”提供了新的视野！新的理论体系由六个部分组成：第一部分介绍“新理论体系”建立的原因，第二部分提出物质世界新的基本认识论，第三部分是引力斥力场的新认识论，第四部分是磁场的新认识论，第五部分是电场的新认识论，第六部分阐述了新理论体系的科学意义。从物质世界中“实体”和“热能”的基本构成的新视角出发，对物质、实体、热能、原子、元素、引力、斥力、磁场、电场等进行了新的认识，建立了21世纪物理学新的理论体系：物质世界：“实体”与“热能”构建“统一场论”。科学研究需要一种新的视野来拓展人的主观思维对客观本质的认识。这一新理论体系的建立，可能会引发21世纪新的物理学革命。

1.第一部分：新理论体系建立的原因

随着地球文明的飞速发展，人类已经将目光转向了宇宙的深处。在21世纪，人类能否实现星际航行取决于科学理论的突破性发展。作者发表了一篇题为“基础物理研究的革命将开创星际空间飞行器研究的新时代”[1]，希望人类在星际航行的道路上走得更远！

目前，物理学的基本理论是以电子的得失理论为基础的。然而，根据笔者多年的研究，“不同材料摩擦产生不同电荷”的现象是片面的。事实上，同样的材料摩擦也会产生同样的电荷，因此基于单边实验现象的理论体系必然是不科学的。基于这些新的实验现象，作者提出了新的观点。

本文是作者专著《21世纪物理学研究的新视野》[2]、《揭示物质世界自然科学的真理》[3]、《揭示引力形成的原因》[4]的后续著作。作者系统地回顾了研究了31年的“物理学新理论体系”！我们希望为人类寻找自然科学真理找到一条新的道路！

历史上，瑞典科学院的物理学家E.Edlund教授对电荷内部动力学的理解有不同的看法[5]。由于当时E.Edlund教授没有发现同性电荷是由同一物质的摩擦产生的，他对电荷的动态性质的理解就被放弃了。事实上，主导我们思维的主流“电子得失论”经不起仔细推敲。目前，摩擦带电的产生被认为是一种物质在摩擦过程中失去一些核外电子，而这些电子被另一种物质获得实际上是不合理的。

首先，原子非常小，200万个原子叠加的高度大约相当于一本普通书一页的厚度。世界上没有任何人和仪器能够掌握只擦除超小原子核外电子而不损坏原子核的微力摩擦技术。在摩擦带电实验中，摩擦力越大，摩擦越快，静电就越强，会导致成千上万的原子脱落。由于原子太小，原子直径只有千万分之一毫米，强烈的摩擦不仅会导致原子核外的电子脱落。目前，仅能擦除直径只有千万分之一毫米的原子上的电子的微力摩擦技术，在人类技术水平上很难实现。微力摩擦技术只擦除直径千万分之一毫米原子上的电子，并不亚于人类登月的技术。因此，由电子的得失引起的摩擦带电理论在实际实验中很难实现！理论与实践之间存在着严重的差距，电子的得失理论缺乏实验支持。

其次，在以往的实验中，我们只关注不同物质之间摩擦产生的相反电荷现象，而没有注意到同一物质之间摩擦产生的同性电荷现象。原因是电子得与失的理论束缚了我们的思维，使我们走向错误方向。我们一直在做不同物质之间的摩擦和带电实验，而放弃了相同物质之间的摩擦实验。事实上，使同一物质摩擦产生同性电荷是极其容易发现的，这一事实从未被认识到。同一物质之间的摩擦产生的同性电荷，不是在特定的环境中或某一物质中单独产生的，而是同一物质中普遍存在的客观规律（指：通过摩擦带电的物质）。正是这个事实违背了电子的得失理论。错误的理论会导致科学的误导，不利于新科学的发现和发展。

长期以来，为了维持电子的得失理论，物理界只关注不同物质通过摩擦产生不同电荷的现象，而忽视了同一物质之间的摩擦产生相同电荷的现象，从而使物理规律建立在片面的实际现象基础上，缺乏全面的客观认识，从而导致了后来对真理认识方式的一系列偏差。随着物理学家E.Edlund“电荷本质动力学”思想的深入研究，我们将惊奇地发现，它不仅能解释由同一物质摩擦产生的同性电荷的实验现象，而且能找到解释所有静电效应的新理论，从而建立了“新的物理理论体系”，揭示了人类认识物质世界的许多重大科学问题。它包括发现引力的原因。这些问题的解决大大超出了现有理论的解释能力[2]。本文解决了困扰人类科学发展的一系列重大科学问题。

作者介绍的新的物理理论体系，经过长达31年（1989-2020）的理论与实验过程研究！连续31年发表多篇论文，2005年7月出版专著《21世纪物理学研究的新视野》[2]。2020年，新理论体系的建立终于完成[1-4]。

2.第二部分：物质世界的新基本认识论

2000年，作者在中国物理学会第九届静电学术会议上发表了关于同一物质摩擦产生同性电荷实验现象的新发现[6-7]。针对这一重要的实验新发现，作者提出了不同于“电子得失理论”解释“正负电荷”产生的新观点，并用新的观点解释了这一新的实验现象。然后通过对“物质”、“实体”和“热能”的新认识，对“原子模型”有了新的思考，得到了一个新的“粒子电荷动态原子模型”。根据对“粒子电荷动态原子模型”的新认识，在对物质的普遍吸引和排斥的理解中，阐明了“实体”与“热能”之间的关系是物质之间吸引和排斥的根源。提出了物质（原子、恒星）间引力和斥力的平衡距离定律，揭示了引力的成因和宇宙中许多引力和排斥现象。

以下是作者对“21世纪物理学新理论体系”核心思想的高度概括：①物质世界由“实体”和“热能”两种基本类型的“物质属性”组成。② 实体与热能具有结合的内在特征，实体与热能的结合形成物质。③ “热能”客观真实地存在于物质世界中。热不是由运动产生的。④ 物质世界有不同的实体。不同的实体按照元素周期表的顺序排列。⑤ “粒子电荷动态原子模型”是“原子物质世界”形成的原因。⑥ 新的物质世界基本认识论主要包括“物质世界由实体和热能组成”的新认识论和“粒子电荷动态原子模型”新认识论。

2.1.“物质世界由实体和热能组成”的新认识论

2.1.1.对“物质、热能和实体”的新认识：

对“物质”的理解：物质世界有两种基本类型：“物质属性实体”和“物质属性热能”。物质由“实体”和“热能”组成。它们的结合可以产生原子力的结构，合成物质。也就是说，“实体”与“热能”的结合可以产生原子结构，成为具有原子力结构的“物质”。注：“物质属性”是指物质属性的存在，但尚未形成物质的状态，它们是物质的组成部分。

对“热能”的理解：“热能”的浓度用温度来表示。温度越高，“热能”的浓度就越大。宇宙真空中有3K热能，存在于自然界。热能不是由运动产生的。物质运动中热能的出现，正是凸显物质中隐藏的热能的现象。

对“热能有两种传输特性”的理解：一种是高压热能，在低压热能中按“电压特性模式”传播，即电流和电磁辐射以光速传播，这就是“高压强热能”的传播特性。也就是说，光速的“电压特性模式”传播是“高压强热能”的独特传播特性。另一种是当低压热能在高压热能中传播时，热能在高压热能中按照“浓度扩散模式”缓慢传播。

对“实体”的新理解：一个元素代表一个实体，不同的元素代表不同的实体。为了区分不同的实体，可以在实体之前加上元素的名称，如“铁实体”、“铜实体”、“黄金实体”等。物质世界中有不同的“元素实体”。当不同的“实体”作为不同的“元素实体”与不同浓度的“热能”结合时，不同的“元素实体”具有不同的“饱和热能”，从而产生不同的“饱和热能电压值”。本文将各种“实体”中的“饱和热能电压值”称为“标准电压能量值”。在每个“实体”的“中子”中，都有一个“标准电压能量值”，代表不同“实体”结合热能的不同饱和特性。每个“实体”的“标准电压能量值”的特点是每个“实体”在发射热能时具有不同的固定发射电压值。每个“实体”的“标准电压能量值”决定了其“发射磁场”的发射电压强度。这是每一个“元素实体”都有伦琴辐射现象的根本原因。

2.1.2.对“元素周期表”的新认识：

随着周期表中元素排列顺序的增加，“元素实体”的“饱和热能”依次增大，“元素实体”的“饱和电压”也相应增加。每个物质元素“中子”都有一个“标准电压能量值”，每一个物质元素都有一个“标准电压能量值”，我认为元素周期表的建立就是用强X射线照射各种元素，激活每个元素“中子”所隐含的各自“标准电压能量值”。当每个“元素实体”的“标准电压能量值”被激活时，在传播过程中“地电压能量[2]”的阻尼电阻下形成了不同的波长规律，使每个元素呈现出自己的二次X射线现象，即伦琴辐射现象。每个元素的“标准电压能量值”的存在是产生“标记伦琴辐射”的根本原因，根据元素中二次X射线的不同波长，建立元素周期表。元素周期表的建立证明了物质世界中存在着不同的实体。这种认识揭示了物质元素可以为我们建立元素周期表的自然奥秘。

2.2.解释所有静电效应的新理论：

在人类物理学的漫长历史中，人们只做不同物质之间的摩擦和带电实验，而没有对同一物质的摩擦是否带电进行测试和研究。然而，只要我们做实验，我们就可以发现由同一物质的摩擦产生相同电荷的实验现象[6-7]。特别需要指出的是，获得相同物质间摩擦产生的相同电荷的实验结果的前提是保证摩擦带电实验材料的一致性[6-7]。用电子的得失理论很难解释同一物质的摩擦产生相同电荷的实验事实，这对电子的得失理论提出了挑战。

用现有的电子得失理论很难解释同一电荷是由同一物质的摩擦产生的。为此，提出了一种新的解释方法。新观点认为，物质的正电荷是“实体”中“热能”过剩时的正电荷现象，物质负电荷是“实体”中“热能”不足时的负电荷现象。中性电荷是“实体”中的“热能”饱和时的中性电荷现象。静电效应的本质是“实体”与“热能”结合的不平衡状态的电荷特性。这一观点是物理学家E.Edlund关于电荷动力学性质的观点的发展。

同一物质摩擦产生相同电荷的原因：由于同一物质吸收热能的能力相同，说明同一物质的两个摩擦表面摩擦后没有热量的获得或损失，而是由于物质的表面结构被破坏，“热能”溢出或吸收，因此表明同一物质的两个摩擦表面只携带相同的电荷。也就是说，由于材料的表面结构，同一材料之间的摩擦会被破坏。当释放出热损失的材料表面呈现出缺乏热能的状态时，表现为具有相同负电荷的实验现象，表现为散热。相反，由于材料的表面结构，同一材料之间的摩擦会被破坏。当吸收热能的材料表面呈现过剩热能状态时。它显示了实验中的同性正电荷现象，表现为吸热。注：在保证摩擦带电实验材料的一致性的前提下，获得相同物质间摩擦产生的相同电荷的实验结果[6-7]。

不同物质摩擦产生不同电荷的原因是：虽然不同材料的表面结构被破坏，热能外溢，但不同材料的吸热能力不同，导致不同实体之间的热能效应得失，因此，不同材料的两个摩擦表面具有不同的正负电荷特性。

相反电荷相互吸引的原因：因为负电荷是“实体”缺少“热能”的状态，而正电荷是“实体”的“热能”剩余状态。由于物质世界中“热能”与“实体”的内在组合特征，不同电荷之间“实体”与“热能”互补组合的特征构成了不同电荷之间相互吸引的特征现象。

同性电荷之间相互排斥的原因是：同性电荷之间不存在互补性，因为它们处于“热能”不足（负电荷之间）或“热能”过剩（正电荷之间）的状态。并且具有相同的“物质属性”摄取，即：负电荷具有摄取“热能”的性质，正电荷具有摄取“实体”的性质，构成同性电荷之间的排斥和回避，从而表现出同性排斥现象。

带正负电荷的带电体吸引物质的原因是：缺少“热能”的负电荷具有吸收“热能”的能力，正电荷的剩余热能具有吸收“实体”的能力。由于物质是“实体”和“热能”的结合体，它有其自身的需要，所以正负电荷构成了物质的吸引力。

2.3.对“热质理论”的再认识

在人类物理学的漫长历史中，关于热性质的争论始于对热质理论的古老理解。后来有了“动态制造的热学理论”（即分子运动的热学理论）的观点。目前，“动态制造热学理论”的观点盛行，主要基于以下两个实验：①1798年，本杰明·汤普森提出了“钻孔温升实验”。② 1799年，汉弗莱·戴维提出了“冰与冰摩擦形成的水温升的融冰实验”。这两个实验不足以否认“热能”是物质世界的客观存在。这两次增温实验的原因如下：

本文认为，“物质”由“热能”和“实体”组成，“热能”与“实体”具有结合的特征，所有物质都含有“热能”。本文认为，所有摩擦生热现象都是由于摩擦破坏了物质的原子结构，从而从被破坏的原子结构中释放出“热能”。

“钻孔”和“冰与冰之间的摩擦”正在破坏物质的原子结构。因此，“热能”从材料的原子结构中释放出来，从物质原子释放出来的“热能”通过原子中的“实体”不断地从物质的外层空间吸收和补充，这样“热能”通过不断的摩擦不断释放出来，然后“实体”不断吸收和补充“热能”，形成摩擦体不断发热的现象，这就是摩擦热产生的原因。

本文认为，这两个实验还不足以否认热能是物质世界的客观存在，因为在人类认识到宇宙温度3K存在于浩瀚空间的今天，“运动创造热能”的概念似乎难以令人信服。问运动生热理论，是什么总是在空间中运动来维持3K的宇宙温度现象，有人会说它是宇宙射线引起的，但它不知道宇宙射线本身就是物质世界中传递客观热能的现象。

另一个例子：对于一杯被火加热的水，我认为是注入水中的“热能”引起水分子的运动。引起运动的是“热能”，而不是水运动产生的“热能”。物质世界中“热能”的客观、真实存在，不是水的运动所创造的。

2.4.“粒子电荷动态原子模型”的新认识论：

根据“物质”由“实体”和“热能”组成并具有组合特性的观点，当粒子体内的热能不足时，粒子呈现负电荷（如电子），当粒子体内的热能饱和时，粒子呈现中性电荷（如中子），当粒子体内的热能过剩时，粒子呈现正电荷（如质子）。这一观点是埃德伦德对正负电荷相互转化认识的发展。

“原子内粒子正负电荷变化的动态原子模型”（以下简称“粒子电荷的动态原子模型”）：即缺乏热能的负电荷“电子”吸收原子核外的热能，而“电子”本身的负电荷随着“电子”实体所含热能的增加而减弱，而“电子”绕原子核旋转（电子绕原子核旋转的原因和旋转矢量的原因见文献[2]），由于热能的增加，大量负电荷减弱的“电子”被原子核中的“实体”所吸引，并向原子核附近区域移动并聚集成较大的粒子。当这些大粒子的热能饱和时，它们进入核壳区，变成带中性电荷的“中子”。热能继续与固体“中子”结合。当“中子”的热能过剩时，它们变成带正电的“质子”，进入原子核。当“质子”和热能连续组合产生的电压值大于外部约束电压值时（外部约束电压值是指行星向外层空间发射的电磁辐射中存在的电压值，见文献[2-4]），“质子”中的热能将遵循“电压特性模式”，以光速向原子外部发射电磁辐射。“质子”释放热能后，大粒子体由于吸收热能的需要而迁移分解到核外。这种自然分解效应是一种有利于“实体”吸收“热能”的现象。这样，就形成了“质子”在失去热能后破裂并向核外注入粒子的现象。这些注入原子核外的粒子又变成了原子核外的“电子”。这些固体颗粒一直具有动态迁移效应。在动态迁移过程中，当“质子”在电磁辐射发射前储存热能时，粒子发生停滞，形成原子核。以上观点是我在“正负电荷相互转换动力学理论”框架下对“粒子电荷动态原子模型”的新认识。目前，在电子显微镜下观察到的电子云中存在一个点效应，即“电子”从原子核中射出的成像。这一图像验证了新理论的科学性。

从整个原子的角度看：在原子中，带负电的电子和带正电荷的质子之间形成静电吸引和静电正负电荷的平衡，整个原子不带正负电荷。原子只表现出吸收和释放热能的特性。吸收的热能是根据浓度扩散原理缓慢进入原子的低能热能，而原子释放的热能则是根据电压特性以电磁辐射方式释放的高压强电磁热能。

3.第三部分：物质世界引力斥力场的新认识论

3.1.对万有引力和斥力的理解：

通过对“粒子电荷动态原子模型”的新认识，我们找到了物质吸收“热能”和“释放电磁辐射”现象的根本原因，以及物质之间的吸引力和斥力的来源。由于物质原子具有吸收热能的能力，物质原子构成了相互吸引的源动力。也就是说：在原子之间，在恒星之间，因为这种相互吸收热能的能力构成了物质之间的万有引力。

简单地说：物质的“吸热能力”就是物质的“万有引力”。

物质的斥力简单地说就是：原子之间（恒星之间）的斥力是由强电磁热能相互释放产生的“电磁场发射”形成的。

微观上，原子间的排斥现象是原子间释放强电磁热能而产生的“发射电磁场”所形成的排斥效应。

从宏观上看，地球不断吸收低“热能”，不断向外层空间发射强电磁热能，导致地球“电磁场发射”永久存在。由于两颗相邻恒星之间存在“发射电磁场”的斥力，无论太阳的“发射电磁场”如何压缩地球的“发射电磁场”，都不能直接侵入地球表面。这一观点揭示了强大的太阳风多年来不能直接侵入地球表面的奥秘。

3.2.对“引力与斥力空间平衡定律”的认识

物质世界中的“万有引力”与“万有斥力”是对立统一的：物质对“热能”的吸收和释放是物质之间“万有引力和斥力”存在的根源，即：，两个物质体在短距离内相互排斥是由于“物质发射的电磁场”的存在，而在长距离时由于物质之间吸收热能，决定了物质具有相互吸引的特性。

“引力”和“排斥力”的发生有一个引力和斥力平衡距离的规律：即相邻恒星（原子）发射的“电磁场”产生的“斥力”和吸收“热能”产生的“引力”。通过恒星（原子）之间的距离、近距离排斥和远距离吸收的自我调节，使恒星（原子）之间的斥力和引力达到平衡，从而产生“引力与斥力平衡距离定律”。宇宙中所有的物质（原子、恒星）都遵循“引力与斥力平衡距离定律”。

决定行星初始“发射磁场”强度的因素有：行星的质量决定发射的热能的大小，其元素的组成决定发射电压的大小（后文介绍）。当一颗“行星”释放的“发射磁场”强度小于另一颗“行星”的初始“发射磁场”强度时，它们之间的斥力就会被引力所掩盖。例如陨石发射的电磁场强度小于行星初始“发射电磁场”强度的极限，从而掩盖了彼此对抗产生的“发射磁场强度”所产生的斥力，陨石将被行星吸热产生的引力俘获。因此，“行星”之间能够产生斥力的“电磁场发射”强度必须大于“行星”之间初始“电磁场发射”的强度，否则排斥力就会被引力所掩盖，这就是“行星”能够捕获陨石的原因。

3.3.对恒星和行星“引力和斥力平衡距离定律”的理解：

物质对热能的吸收和释放是一切吸引和排斥的源泉。由于恒星之间释放了大量的电磁能量，恒星之间的平衡距离非常大。行星间的电磁能量发射相对较小，因此行星间的平衡距离相对较小。恒星作为一个巨大的“实体”，对“热能”有着巨大的需求，表现在恒星在宇宙超级系统（如太阳系）的空间中吸收“热能”，以满足恒星对“热能”的强烈需求。由于恒星与行星的质量差异很大，行星受恒星吸热形成的引力控制。根据引力和斥力的平衡距离定律，行星成为恒星的卫星。由于行星间引力和斥力的相互依赖，恒星系统中所有行星都处于同一平面系统结构中，银河系恒星形成的平面系统结构原理是相同的。

综上所述：宇宙中恒星的“发射磁场强度”（斥力）和“吸收热能的能力”（万有引力）以及恒星之间的距离，在遵循恒星间“引力和斥力平衡距离定律”的基础上，决定了恒星在宇宙中的动态平衡位置，从而形成了整个宇宙中每颗恒星运行的平衡状态。

3.4.揭示地球引力形成的原因：

地球是原子的集合体。对“引力与斥力平衡距离定律”的新认识。以原子为单位的短程张力的斥力现象在微原子之间是不容易看到的。这主要表现在相对微观体的远程吸收特性上，从而出现了微体（如空中飘浮的云）的相对凝聚效应，从而形成整个宏观地球自身物质的凝聚效应。通过这种被原子吸收的“热能”的凝聚效应，地球在太空中凝结，成为一个独立的行星。它遵循着从外层空间吸收“热能”来补充地球上的“实体”的要求。这种从外层空间吸收低能“热能”并将“热能”凝聚到地核的特性，构成了地球本身所有物质向心凝结的引力效应。地球从外层空间吸收的低能“热能”，是指其他“恒星”和“行星”向地球辐射的“热能”，以及存在于空间中的3K温度“热能”。

地球大气层受这种向心凝结的“热能”引力束缚，不会消散到太空中，因为地球大气层和地球上所有物质所含的“热能”远远高于太空中3K温度的“热能”。地球向心凝聚“热能”的向心凝聚引力效应，形成了地球上所有物质（地球上所有物质包括：地核、地幔、地壳、地球表面和大气的所有物质）的“向心凝聚引力”。同时，有一个规律，即从外层空间向地核凝结的“热能”浓度依次增大，而且越往地球方向，球中心的“热能”浓度越高。目前已知地核每公里温度升高1度，导致地核物质形成高温液相相变效应。这一观点揭示了地球热核心的自然奥秘。“热能”从外层空间凝聚到行星核心的引力效应，也是大质量恒星高温相变成液态或气态的根本原因。

热空气、孔明灯、热气球、氢气球、氦气球的升力是由浮力引起的。浮力大于地球的重力，这是一种升力现象。例如，由于木块在水中的浮力大于“地球的重力”，所以就有木块从水中产生向上的力的现象，这与热空气的浮力原理相同。因此，热空气的浮力和地球吸热的引力效应并不矛盾！

简言之，地球物质中的“实体”吸收“热能”向心凝聚引力效应，构成对地球所有物质的吸引力，因为地球上所有物质都含有热能，这就是地球引力形成的原因。

3.5.揭示地球自转的原因：

在太阳系中，虽然太阳与地球处于“引力与斥力平衡距离定律”的空间中，但太阳与地球之间仍然存在着不平衡。也就是说，由于面向太阳一侧吸收的“热能”大于地球背面，因此从正面释放的电磁场强度大于地球背面，地球前部对太阳的斥力大于背面（排斥效应）。然而，地球阴的引力效应大于地球的阳引力效应。地球阴阳不同位置的引力和排斥效应构成了地球自转的源动力。地球通过这种自转换效应实现了引力和斥力的动态平衡，这是地球存在永久自转源动力的根本原因。

具体来说，地球早线区吸收太阳热量所产生的引力效应总是大于地球晚线区，地球晚线区向太阳发射的磁场对太阳的斥力总是大于地球早线区磁场的斥力，它构成了地球永久自转的力量。地球自转的动力效应是将不同位置的引力和斥力转化为位置效应，从而实现地球与太阳之间引力和斥力的动态平衡。这是说，虽然太阳和地球处于“引力与斥力的平衡距离定律”中，但地球阴阳面上的引力与斥力之间仍有细微差别，这使得地球永远存在自转源动力，这是地球自转源动力产生的根本原因。

3.6.揭示椭圆轨道形成的原因和彗星的结构变化：

目前已经发现了1600多颗围绕太阳运行的彗星，其中最著名的是哈雷彗星。对于彗星的特殊椭圆轨道，本文认为它是由彗星与太阳之间的引力和斥力的变化引起的。虽然彗星在平衡状态下吸收和释放“热能”，但从彗星绕太阳的整个轨道来看，当彗星远离太阳处于“热能”含量较低的区域时，彗星中的“热能”含量就会减少。由于“引力定律”的存在依赖于物质原子之间对“热能”的吸收，所以“热能”含量低的彗星表现出凝聚力减弱、结构松散、彗星核变暗的效应。此时，低“热能”含量的彗星向具有太阳“热能”辐射源特征的恒星移动，从而获得“热能”的补充。当彗星移动到靠近太阳的区域时，它们从太阳释放的电磁辐射中获得大量“热能”。当彗星充满大量“热能”时，在太阳的斥力和彗星的“发射磁场”作用下，彗星被太阳排斥。在惯性力的作用下，在彗星与恒星的运动中，出现了围绕恒星的椭圆轨道。充满“热能”的彗星具有很高的“热能”含量。由于万有引力定律的存在，它依赖于物质原子之间对“热能”的吸收，这说明“热能”含量高的彗星具有较强的凝聚力，表现出彗星体收缩和彗星核亮度增强的效果。这是彗星椭圆轨道形成和结构变化的原因。

3.7.揭示黑洞引力形成的原因：

物质是实体和热能的结合，具有结合的特点。所有的物质都含有热能，一个没有“热能”的“纯实体”根本不能称为“物质”，因为“纯实体”没有热能的参与就无法形成原子力的结构，“纯实体”就是宇宙黑洞中的“物质”，而黑洞中的这个“物质”就不能称之为物质，它只是一个单一的实体，因为宇宙黑洞中的“实体”对热能有很强的吸收作用，恒星发出的电磁辐射热能光被黑洞吞噬，这是宇宙中黑洞具有吸收特性的根本原因。本文将“黑洞”称为“黑体星”，将黑洞中的“单一实体”称为“黑体物质”。

第四部分：物质世界磁场的新认识论

4.1.物质世界有两种磁场：

一是“发射磁场”：在物质世界中，无论质量（原子和恒星）大小，都有一个“发射磁场”，它不断吸收低“热能”，并不断“发射出强大的电磁辐射热能”。这种“发射磁场”实际上是“万有引力和斥力”存在的根本原因。这个“发射磁场”没有N，S极性。

另一种是具有N和S极性的磁场：这种磁场是由特定的原因形成的。它是由自身发射的“电磁辐射能”与自身回收的“电磁辐射能”形成的“回归场”，包括地球的N、s极性磁场和磁性材料的N、s极性磁场，这些磁场都有自己的发射和恢复特性。它们与物质之间的引力和斥力没有直接的关系，但它们之间有一种定向力的关系。

4.2.地球“发射磁场”的形成及发射电压值的强度特征：

地球“发射磁场”的形成，是由于地球是原子的集合体，地球原子不断吸收外层空间的低“热能”，不断“发射出强电磁辐射的热能”，从而形成地球的“发射磁场”。地球的“发射磁场”没有南北极性。地球的“发射磁场”就是地球的“大地磁场”。发射的电磁能量通过远距离传输不断衰减，距离地球表面约3万公里。地球的大“发射磁场”就是与其他行星的“发射磁场”产生斥力的磁场。这个磁场遵循“恒星间引力和斥力之间的平衡距离定律”。地球物质的“发射电磁场”吸收外层空间的低热能，并聚集到地核，这是地球引力形成的原因。

地球大“发射磁场”的发射电压是多少？根据本文对地球物质引力形成原因的认识，地球的核心不是重元素核反应，地球物质元素的组成整体上应该大致相同，所以在地球表面测得的地球元素组成也是地球元素的组成。由于地球物质主要由8种元素组成，占总重量的97.13%，元素周期表中8种元素的排列顺序为：8氧、11钠、12镁、13铝、14硅、19钾、20钙、26铁。根据前面介绍的元素周期表中元素的排列顺序，也是每个元素的“饱和电压值”逐渐升高的顺序。因此，“地发射电磁场”中的发射电压值应为第26铁“元素”在8个“元素”最高位置的“饱和电压值”强度特征。由于地球上有少量比铁“元素”大的重元素，这些重元素对地球发射的电磁场电压值具有向上调节作用。根据释放电离空气在地球空间产生臭氧所需的2500V电压，我们可以看到地球空间放电电压的大小。地面电压低于2500V的电能不能向空间放电，不能通过非接触方式传递电流，只能通过接触方式传导电流。在地球空间中，地面电压大于2500V的电能可以通过非接触方式在空间中传输。地球物质元素的组成决定了地球的2500V发射电压。作者注意到了一个独特的巧合现象，也许我们找到了另一条科学真理的路径：发现地球电离空气的2500V电压值与元素周期表中铁元素26的顺序高度一致。因此，笔者提出了一个大胆的新认识：在元素周期表中，从氢的“饱和电压值”0伏开始，每递增一位“饱和电压值”都增加100V，氦的“饱和电压值”为100V，以此类推。元素周期表中铁元素的阶数为26，那么“铁元素实体”的“饱和电压值”就为2500v，“饱和电压值”2500v与上述“地发射磁场”形成的2500V“截止电压值”高度一致。根据这一定律，铀92的“饱和电压”为9100v，远高于地球的电压。因此，当铀元素超过其“饱和热能电压”向太空发射电磁辐射时，就会出现大于地球电压的强放射性现象。由于铀92的重元素排列在元素周期表的高位，它是一个具有“高饱和热能”的“实体”。重元素铀92的“实体”具有从外部空间吸收大量热能并储存大量热能的能力，以满足重元素“实体”自身“高度饱和热能”的需求。因此，重元素的“高饱和热能”特性决定了重元素具有恒定的高热现象。这一观点揭示了重元素具有高热能和高放射性的原因。

静电高压不是由正负电荷的分离距离引起的，因为同一物质之间的摩擦产生相同电荷的高压静电，正负电荷的分离距离没有条件，我们发现静电是以千伏为单位的，因为地球的“电磁场发射”在地球的空间中产生了电压。当电压低于这个值时，它被地面上的电压屏蔽，我们找不到静电。只有当电压大于这个值时，我们才能发现静电的存在，这才是发现静电是几千伏的真正原因。

总之，地球物质元素的组成决定了地球“发射磁场”的发射电压值。根据磁性物质形成的原因，它与铁26、钴27、镍28和铜29等元素有关（如下所示）。元素的发射电压值是“铁的饱和值，初始发射电压在2500V到2900V之间，地球“发射磁场”中发射的电磁能的大小由地球物质的含量和吸收释放的热能决定，地球不断地向外层空间发射这种电压强度的地球“电磁场”。发射后，在3K空间温度热能通过远距离传输的阻尼阻力作用下，距离地球表面约3万公里。这就是地球“发射磁场”的特征。它也是地球物质原子向外太空发射电磁辐射时的约束电压。热空气不是电，因为它低于地球的2500-2900v电压值。热空气只是我们对热能集中的感知。

4.3.地球“南北极NS磁场”和“范艾伦辐射带”形成的原因：

为什么地球的“发射磁场”中还有另一个“南北极的NS磁场”？答案是：因为地球的北极总是面向银河系的中心，而地球的南极则相反，所以来自银河系中心的电磁热能总是大于南极，这导致地球北极的温度总是高于南极。因此，当来自银河系中心的电磁辐射能量进入地球北极时，面向银河系中心的地球北极成为电磁辐射能量入射端的“地磁s极”，而对应的地球南极则成为辐射源的“地磁场N”。这一观点揭示了“地磁场N”和“地磁场S”的形成。

地球沿“磁场NS”方向的电磁能量很小，原因是地球物质不仅由8种元素组成，占地球总重量的97.13%。但也对应着2.87%的其他元素，包括大于铁的重元素（本文中，大于铁的元素统称为重元素）。由于地球发出以铁元素“饱和电压值”强度为特征的“发射磁场”，地球发射的“铁电压值强度”的电磁辐射能量与重元素“高饱和热能”相比，是低压弱电能，因此，比铁元素大的重元素材料具有吸收“地磁场”中电磁辐射能量的能力。当地球的重元素吸收地球发射的电磁辐射能量时，它也具有与“地球磁场”相同的“n，s极性”的方向性特征，形成了“范艾伦辐射带”中地球磁场电磁能量的回归特征。由于地球总重量的97.13%由8种元素组成，而地球中重元素的含量很小，具有地球南北极性特征的“范艾伦辐射带”中的电磁回归能量是很小的一部分，这就形成了“范艾伦辐射带”中地球南北极磁场中电磁能量小的特点。

4.4.地球“磁极点”呈现南北两极每年小圆运动的动态规律的原因

就是地球的北极总是面向“银河系中心”，北极成为电磁能量入射地球的“地磁S”，地球南极相应地成为发射端的“地磁N”。因此，当地球接收到来自银河系中心的电磁能量时，由于地球绕太阳旋转一年，“磁极点”在一年内在北极和南极以一个小圆圈的形式变化。这一观点揭示了“磁极点”呈现南北两极全年小圈运动动态规律的自然奥秘。

4.5.地球上磁性物质N、S极磁场的形成原因：

通过研究地球上所有的磁性材料，我发现了一个惊人的现象：地球上所有的磁性材料都至少含有一种铁、钴、镍和铜元素。让我们看看地球上所有软磁和硬磁材料的组成：磁铁矿（Fe3O4），铁磁性材料，即铁、钴、镍、坡合金（78.5%镍，21.5%铁）；硅铜；纯铁；碳铜；钨钢；铝、钴、镍、磁钢（al-Nico），铁氧体永磁材料（BaFe12O19、SrFe12O19）、稀土永磁材料（SmCo5、Sm2Co17、Nd-Fe-B）。为什么磁性材料至少含有铁、钴、镍和铜的一种元素，而只对应于吸引铁、钴、镍和铜的铁磁现象（稍后讨论）？这是什么原因？当你看元素周期表中这些元素的顺序，你会发现铁26，钴27，镍28，铜29的顺序等于或大于铁26。根据元素周期表中元素的排列顺序，各元素的饱和电压逐渐增大，对原子模型中粒子动态迁移过程中热能的吸收和释放有了新的认识。从原子模型的深入研究可以看出，原子发射的电磁辐射频率是由每个元素的饱和电压与原子的外部约束电压之差决定的。压差越小，原子发射的电磁辐射频率就越高。当“物质元素”的饱和电压与地球的约束电压相同时，电磁辐射能量会产生高频发射。所发射的电磁辐射能量将被相同饱和电压能量值的“实体”的需求特性重新吸收回来，从而直接满足实体对自身饱和热能的需求，然后超过自身饱和热能的电压值将再次释放。因此，磁性材料自身发射和回收的电磁能量在环流场中呈现出N极性和s极性的特征现象，这是Fe、Co、Ni、Cu等元素N、s极场返回特殊性的原因。实际上，磁性材料的磁力线是电磁辐射能量自恢复的返回路径。

综上所述，由于含有这些“物质实体元素”的“饱和热能电压值”与“地球约束电压值”相同，因此存在着电磁辐射能量的高频发射和自恢复现象。这本质上是“实体”和“热能”的内在结合，也是饱和电压值等于约束电压值的原因。具体来说，由于铁、钴、镍、铜的饱和电压值与地球发射的饱和电压值相同，这些“物质元素”不仅直接释放地电压值的电磁能，而且还具有直接吸收自身发射电压值的电磁能量的特点。因此，吸收地球电压值电磁能量的特性使得这些磁性材料具有识别地球南北磁极方向的特殊性，即指南针的特性。

虽然磁性材料在“磁极N和磁极s”之间发射并回收了2500 V（约）的高压电能，但由于它处于地球2500V（约）的高压能量场中，所以它们具有相同的等电位（即相同的电压），因此，我们无法感知“磁极N和磁极s”之间的2500V（约）高压电，我们只能通过磁性材料的磁力线窥视磁极N和磁极s之间发射和回收的电磁辐射能量的返回现象，因为我们无法观察到磁性材料的高压电性质的存在，所以我们将其归因于磁场。正是因为返回电磁辐射能量的磁性材料“极N和极s”的电压处于相同的等效地球发射电压中，所以我们很难识别磁场的真实面目！

4.6.磁性材料铁磁性的原因：

为什么磁性材料有吸引铁、钴、镍和铜的铁磁现象？原因是磁性材料具有吸收地球发射电压能量的特性，因为在铁、钴、镍和铜的物质中，这些元素的“中子”中隐含着与地球发射电压能量相同的“饱和电压值能量”，由于这些物质元素的“饱和热能”与“实体”是分不开的，因此，磁性材料吸收地球发射电压能量的特性产生了含有地球发射电压能量的物质元素的相应吸引特性，也就是说，直接吸引铁、钴、镍和铜元素的铁磁性现象。铁磁性元素是铁、钴、镍和铜。1993年在美国发现的铜磁性材料符合这一理论。

第五部分：物质世界电场的新认识论

5.1.空间3K温度现象的原因。对“以太”的新认识：

宇宙中的每一颗“恒星”都不断地向外层空间发射电磁辐射。电磁热能在宇宙传播过程中衰变后，分布在宇宙空间，形成以宇宙为背景的3K温度现象。笛卡尔提出的电磁波介质“以太”的本质是宇宙中独立存在的3K温度“热能”。“以太”的本质是“热能”。

5.2.对光的波粒二象性的新认识：

对光粒子性质的新认识：没有“实体”的参与，纯电磁辐射光中就没有粒子的性质，而这种光能大部分是“冷光能”。在“实体”的参与下，电磁辐射的光能中存在粒子，其中大部分是“热光能”。

光波动力学的新认识：当电磁辐射光能的传播路径中不存在热介质阻尼和拖曳效应时，光将沿直线传播，这是我们理论理解中理想的黑体辐射。当电磁辐射光能在传播路径上具有热能（或热能电压场）介质阻尼和拖动作用时，电磁辐射光能的波动同时出现，光中的热能从电磁辐射能量中释放出来，光中的热能会衰减。电磁辐射的X射线沿直线传播的原因是相对高压路径上的电阻太小。

5.3.对空间“电磁辐射”的“电阻”的新认识如下：

1902年2月，在美国航线的“波特休”和“费拉德尔菲亚”之间发现了不利于无线电波长距离传播的“白夜效应”，即无线电波在夜间的传播范围是白天的两倍多，这是热介质最有力的证明。这种“白夜效应”是由白天和夜间高浓度和低浓度的“热”引起的。白天，电磁辐射沿路径传播，“热介质”的电阻比夜间高。根据“白夜效应”中间路径热能的变化引起无线电波不同衰减的事实，宇宙中3K“热”的存在是恒星光衰减的原因。

“热能”是“电磁辐射”传播路径上的“阻力”。热能浓度越高，电阻越大；反之，热能浓度越低，电阻越小。行星“电磁辐射”中的“热能电压场”是“电磁辐射”传播路径上较强的阻力。太阳与地球发射的“热能电压场”的斥力是使太阳光进入地磁空间时形成一个强大的电阻，使太阳光释放出大量的热能。在太阳与地球之间的中间路径上，只有3K的热微电阻，接近超导电性，因此太阳光不能释放出大量的热能。

5.4.对电和电磁辐射的新认识：

电和电磁辐射是相同的基本属性。当电磁辐射在特定介质“导体”中传播时，它就是电流。当电在“非导体”介质中传播时，它是电磁辐射，相当于在空间中流动的电流。

导体新认识：特定介质“导体”是指能降低介质中电压值的介质。特定介质“导体”的本质是“导体”内部有大量缺乏热能的电子。通过电子吸收“导体”内部的热能，使“导体”内部出现比“导体”外部更低的电压环境，因此，当电磁辐射出现在“约束导向”的低压通道中传导电磁辐射时，我们可以看到电流（电磁辐射）在“导体”中流动。

对非导体的新认识：“非导体”（包括空间、空气、绝缘体等），由于这些介质中电子不多，内部电压值不能降低，而通道“非导体”没有低电压值。由于“非导体”介质的内部电压值与外部电压值相同，不存在能够限制和引导电磁辐射能量性传导的低压通道。只有高于“非导体”内外电压的高压电磁辐射能量才能通过，而“非导体”介质具有热能，对通过的电磁辐射能量产生阻尼和阻力作用，从而释放热能，导致电磁辐射能量在传播路径上不断衰减和波动。

5.5.导线切割磁力线产生的连续电流的新认识：

在理解了以上对N，S极磁场和导体的新认识后，最后讨论了在N，S极磁场中，导体通过切割磁力线连续产生电流的问题。因为N，S磁场是从N极发射，然后从S极回收电磁辐射能量的返回场，导体是一个内部电压值小于导体外部电压值的低压通道。因此，当具有低压通道的导体切断并阻断N、S极磁场中的磁力线，即切割返回电磁辐射能量时，相当于在导体上施加一种大于导体中电压值的高压电能，从而，电磁辐射沿N、S极回流的高压电能进入导体，通过导体的低压通道输出，从而形成我们所看到的电流现象。电流不断产生的原因是，从上述讨论可知，“N”极和“S”极磁场发射和吸收的电磁辐射电压能量的大小与地球发射的相同。因此，导体切断了通过导体的磁场线所损失的这些电压能量的电流。通过N极和S极磁性材料，它们具有吸收地球电压能量的特性。在地球发射的电磁场中，它们可以通过摄取获得连续的补充，从而为导体提供连续的电流。事实上，导体切割磁力线产生电流的根本原因在于法拉第科学巨人的实践：人类将地球“发射磁场”中的电磁能通过N和s磁铁转化为低压导体通道加以利用。这是对地球发射的电磁能的利用。这是法拉第，一位伟大的实验科学家，对我们的伟大贡献。但法拉第不知道导体切断磁力线时，左右手定则方向性的原因。关于左右手规则方向性的原因，详见[2]。

总之，电和电磁辐射是相同的本质属性。当高压电磁能作用于低压介质中传播时，热能遵循电压特性的传播规律。唯一的区别是电是在特定的低压“导体”介质中传播的，而电磁辐射是在非特定介质“非导体”中传播的，所以电流和电磁辐射本质上是一样的，电量就是热能的含量。电磁辐射也可以称为在无约束空间中流动的电流。

6.第六部分：21世纪物理学新理论体系的科学意义

“21世纪物理学新理论体系”将加速人类从“地球文明时代”走向“宇宙文明时代”[1]！在新理论体系中每个行星都向外太空“发射电磁场”的理论指导下，作者设计了高压放电体对地球放电产生的升力的实验结果[11-12]，具有重要的意义和应用价值。本实验基于地球“电磁场”向外太空放电与高压放电体放电之间的斥力引起的升力现象。这是一种利用行星间“引力与斥力平衡距离定律”克服地球引力的方法，见图1。它是一种利用“星间引力斥力原理”作为动力性能的航天器[1][9]。这种航天器利用“星间引力斥力原理”的动力学性能，将能够在行星间自由飞行。

未来，随着高压放电飞行器放电能量的提高，当人类成功研制出由电磁推进驱动、在星际空间漫游的“太空飞碟”[9-13]时，人类往返各个星球都将变得更加方便。它将开创星际空间飞行器的新时代！随着人类向宇宙深处发展，人类将从地球文明时代走向宇宙文明时代！届时，随着人类向宇宙深处发展，智慧人类的视野将放眼整个宇宙，不会为了争夺地球上有限的资源而引发核战争！为了避免人类在大规模核战争中遭到毁灭的命运，迫切需要加快电磁推进动力“太空飞碟”的研究[1]！这是人类生存权赋予我们的神圣使命！为了加快电磁推进“航天飞碟”的研究进程，作者寻求国际社会的合作！我希望人类太空的奇迹早日到来！

gravitation and repulsion between matter, The law of equilibrium distance between gravity and

Historically, Professor E. Edlund, a physicist at the Swedish Academy of Sciences, had different
views on the understanding of charge internal dynamics[5]. Since professor E. Edlund did not find the
same-sex charge produced by friction of the same substance at that time, his understanding of the

"The New Theoretical System Of Physics In The 21St Century" Will Accelerate The Progress Of
Human Beings From The "Earth Civilization Era" To The "Cosmic Civilization Era"!Under the
guidance of the theory that every planet in the new theoretical system "emits electromagnetic fields" to
outer space, the author designed the experimental results of the lifting force generated by the high- voltage discharge body to the earth discharge [11-12], which is of great significance and application
value. This experiment is based on the lift phenomenon caused by the repulsive force between the
discharge of the earth's "electromagnetic field" to outer space and the discharge of the high-voltage
discharge body. This is a method to overcome the earth's gravity by using the "law of balance distance
